Early autumn overnight oats recipe
This gorgeous overnight oats breakfast dish is sooo comforting. Served with apple, pomegranate & pecan nuts its perfect for early autumn.
Yes, we're coming out of summer now & I still want something light to eat in the mornings but it also needs to be fulfilling, fruity & well, delicious.

Pomegranate, Apple & Pecan Overnight Oats Recipe
Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar Free, Vegan, Raw food
½ cup oats
1 cup almond milk
Handful pomegranate seeds
Handful pecan nuts
½ tsp powdered cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
You Will Need
1 small knife
1 Small bowl
Put the oats into a bowl & pour over the almond milk. Cover with plastic wrap & place in the fridge for tomorrow.
In the morning take out the bowl from the fridge & pull the plastic wrap off. Chop the apple up small. Slice the pomegranate into two and tap the seeds from one half onto the chopping board.
Top the overnight oats with the fruit and pecans. Pour over the maple syrup & sprinkle with the cinnamon to serve.
